A collaborative hackathon for AI specialists, software developers, oncology experts, and patient representatives to develop interactive simulation scenarios for cancer treatment journeys.

Two co-creation workshops where oncologists, clinical psychologists, nurses, dietitians, cancer patients and family caregivers helped shape OncoEd's educational videos and platform. Participants identified the topics that matter most, including what is "normal" during treatment, nutrition myths, sharing a diagnosis and finding trustworthy information, and set clear principles for tone and the safe use of AI.

The second in-person consortium meeting hosted by BELhospice in Belgrade. Agenda: review of WP2 needs analysis results, WP3 educational content co-creation workshop, WP4 platform development update. All 5 partner countries attending.

All five consortium partners gathered at İstinye University in Istanbul to finalise the project plan, confirm work allocations, establish communication protocols, and align on key milestones.
