OncoEd brings together a multidisciplinary consortium of universities, hospitals, palliative care centres, and technology companies from across Europe, united by the goal of improving cancer patient education and digital health literacy.

A leading private research university in Istanbul, İSÜ serves as overall Lead Partner — coordinating project management, hosting the AI hackathon, overseeing video production, and leading pilot implementation.
Lead PartnerDokuz Eylül Üniversitesi (DEÜ)
Founded in 1982, DEÜ is a major state university with a strong medical faculty and Oncology Institute. Leads WP2 (needs analysis and digital literacy competency framework) and co-leads green innovation activities.
MTUHC "Nënë Tereza"
Albania's premier medical institution. Leads WP7 (policy integration, evaluation, sustainability) and coordinates pilot telehealth sessions across partner countries.
BELhospice
A pioneering palliative care centre in Serbia. Leads WP3 (educational content) and co-leads dissemination activities including the European Digital Oncology Education Summit.
Technovias OÜ
An Estonian technology company specialising in digital health innovation. Leads WP4 (AI platform & mobile app), manages the project website, designs surveys, and handles technology integration across all outputs.
